The EWSA AGM will take place on Monday 29^th July 2020 at 7pm. We are instead anticipating that it will be an online meeting via zoom rather than face to face.

As is usual, all committee positions are open for nominations these positions include:

• President
• Chair
• Treasurer
• Secretary

In addition, there are some positions that are required for EWSA to function, these roles do not require you to attend EWSA meetings (though you may be invited to some) but enable EWSA to fulfil its duties to its members, insurance and rental agreements. These positions include:

• Health and Safety
• Welfare
• Maintenance
• Fundraising coordinator

Send your Nominations and where possible a short summary of intent to secretary@exewatersports.org by 23 July in order for the online voting to be put into place before the AGM.

The Agenda for the AGM is outlined below, there may be a motion regarding the legal status and further information will be sent closer to the day if this is the case.

To register for the AGM please do so via the link provided below, this assists with knowing who attended the AGM but also for managing the voting process.

24h before the AGM those registered will be sent an online voting form for the Committee Positions. The voting will close before the meeting. In the event that there are any vacant positions then nominations can be taken on the night.

If there are any motions to be voted on during the AGM, these will be done via an online tool during the meeting for those who have registered and so will have heard the discussion related to the motion before the opportunity to vote.
